The governing body for NJHA is the National Junior Horticultural Foundation Inc. and it consists of the Board of Trustees who provide the oversite, guidance, and decision making for the organization and annual convention.

The governing body for the youth of our organization is the National Junior Horticultural Association and consists of the National Youth Officer team. They are responsible for the planning and coordinating of the annual convention and generating awareness and increased attendance to NJHA. NJHA Alumni Officer Team
The NJHA Alumni was organized to maintain and continue to have the involvement of anyone who has ever attended an NJHA annual convention. The Alumni primarily is responsible for raising funds, which are then donated to NJHA as scholarships for youth to attend annual conventions and to fund awards for convention competitions. This organization is lead by the NJHA Alumni Officer team.
